As an effort to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the Department of Management, FEB, Airlangga University, as well as an effort to achieve IKU 7 for the S1 Management study program, the Department of Management held a Participatory and Collaborative Learning workshop. The event, which took place on Monday, October 7, 2024 in room 603 of the ABC building, was held by inviting Vice Dean 1 Dr. Wisnu Wibowo and Captain of Online Learning Noven Suprayogi, MSi. Ak. The definition of Participatory and Collaborative learning according to the Higher Education Main Performance Indicators Guidelines was conveyed, namely student-centered learning (Student Centered Learning) which makes students participate and collaborate in sharing knowledge. For this reason, the RPS and assessment system must be able to accommodate this learning system.
Various examples of learning and assessment were then presented by the E-Learning Captain of FEB Unair, Noven Suprayogi.
It is expected that from the workshop conducted, the lecturers will be able to accommodate participatory and collaborative learning systems.
