From 15 to 19 March 2024, Siola Public Services Mall was filled with academic enthusiasm as lecturers from Universitas Airlangga (Unair) and leading trainer Mr. Yusuf Seto, representing Cambridge University, gathered for a transformative event aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial landscape in Surabaya.

The event consists of two distinct phases, each designed to catalyze the growth and expertise of Surabaya's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

On March 15 and 16, the first implementation of the "Train the Trainers on Enterprise and Marketing Module Program," led by Pak Yusuf. This segment of the event is focused on providing the latest knowledge equipment and strategies that are important for delivering effective training to Unair and Untag lecturers. This program emphasizes the importance of utilizing contemporary marketing techniques and entrepreneurial insights to grow a dynamic MSME ecosystem.

Moving smoothly to the next phase on March 18 and 19, the lecturers who had been trained took on the role of trainers. Tasked with imparting their new skills to a select group of entrepreneurial students, these educators facilitate a dynamic learning environment aimed at honing the practical skills and business acumen of Surabaya's future business leaders.

There are observations in the form of assessments carried out by representatives of Cambridge University, ensuring that the training process meets standards. Their observations are evidence of the commitment of all parties involved to create an environment conducive to entrepreneurial growth and innovation.

In essence, this collaborative effort between the Surabaya City government and Cambridge University reflects a shared vision to empower MSMEs and foster an entrepreneurial culture.
