As a follow-up, a visit to the UMKM Bank, FEB UNAIR Management department, gathered lecturers driving MSMEs within the FEB UNAIR Management Department to consolidate themselves. Internal consolidation is needed to be able to move together to establish ourselves and echo the entrepreneurial concentration that already has a "Holistic Entrepreneur Ecosystem." The entrepreneurial ecosystem in question is related to the curriculum and learning process based on project based learning; Teaching staff who have professional competence as MSME assistants, marketing experts, HR experts, financial experts and digitalization experts. The Management Department of FEB Unair also has complete infrastructure such as the Ruangpamer.co.id website, UMKM accounting application, entrepreneurmeter.co quiz application; hotline "MSME Solutions" as well as the book "Questions and Answers on MSME Spiritual Management." some of the infrastructure built is innovative products that have IPR certificates. Currently, to become a complete ecosystem, we are trying to initiate collaboration with the banking world as a supporter of business funding.
At the end of the meeting, plans were also presented to redesign the curriculum for entrepreneurship concentration. Indeed, the Management Department of FEB UNAIR is the right place for developing human resources for entrepreneurship.
