Received an invitation to present at an event held by Sunkyunkwan University, Korea (QS rank #145) by Prof. Hong Joo Jung, at the international event KARMI (K-ASEAN RMI) Forum. The Management Department of FEB UNAIR responded by sending a paper entitled "Managing Green Management Risk Internally: The effect of CSR, Environmental Knowledge and Ethical Leadership on Employee Green Behavior" with the writing team Dr. Gancar C Premananto, Liliek Harmianto, Dr. Masmira Kurniawati and Prof. Sri Wahyuni ​​Astuti. KARMI is an event that discusses Risk Management and Innovation (RMI). Around 40 academics from Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam gathered to deliver their presentations at the 2-day event. The event will take place on January 18-19 2024 online.
Gancar said, "Material regarding internal green risk management is rarely discussed, so the material presented is expected to add color to the KARMI Forum event held by this well-known campus in Korea." Gancar also hopes to increase cooperation in ESG research with other researchers and academics who attended the event.
