As an effort to consolidate the beginning of the year for the Management department lecturers at FEB UNAIR, on Friday 5 December 2024, the Management Gathering 2024 event was held. Although this event was held simply at R 701 ABC FEB Building, Airlangga University, it was quite interesting considering that it brought together several events. These include, among other things, the introduction of new lecturers, discussion of lecturer plotting for the 2023/2024 even semester, giving certificates of appreciation to lecturers who contributed to the achievements of the Department of Management, and the culminating event was a durian party. The event was attended by Vice Chancellor 2 Prof.Dr. Muhammad Madyan and Deputy Dean III Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi who is also part of the FEB UNAIR Management Department.

In the second session, several awards were given to lecturers for various criteria, including:
A. The lecturer with the most accredited International and National Journal Publications is Prof.Dr. Anis Eliyana, SE., M.Si. with a total of 11 scientific papers published.
B. Lecturer with the most publications in Top Tier Journals to Prof.Dr. Anis Eliyana SE., M.Si. with a total of 2 paper publications.
C. Lecturer with International Journal Publications indexed to Prof. Badri Munir Sukoco MBA., Ph.D. with a total of 5 paper publications.
D. Publication lecturers in National Journals are most accredited to AP. Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., M.Sc. With a total of 11 paper publications.
E. Lecturer with the most IPR publications to Dr. Wisudanto SE., MM., with 10 IPRs.

As the highlight of the event, the Management Department brought in durian fruit directly from Wonosalam, Jombang to be eaten by the lecturers and staff.
