As a campus that has received ABEST21 and FIBAA international accreditation, the Management Department feels the need to share experiences with various study programs and campuses that are in the process of accreditation. After previously accompanying the Postgraduate School PPSDM Study Program for its Kaizen Report, this time the Head of the Management Department of FEB Airlangga University received an invitation from the Faculty of Economics, Social Sciences and Humanities (FEISHUM) Aisyah University Yogyakarta to share experiences. And on July 5th, Dr. Gancar Premananto was present at the UNISA yogjakarta campus to share the importance of taking part in international accreditation, and telling the process of taking part in ABEST21 international accreditation. Not only that, Dr Gancar also explained how to design an OBE-based curriculum that is relevant to international accreditation expectations.
The second day, July 6, an innovative learning workshop was held for lecturers in the UNISA FEISHUM environment and a guest lecture "CSR as a Risk Mitigation Tool" for FEISHUM UNISA accounting and Management students.
The event made an impression on the FEISHUM UNISA lecturers who took part in the material.

One of the participating lecturers at the Fajar Satriya Segarawasesa, SE., M.Ak. workshop, conveyed his impressions of the 2-day workshop that was held,
"The material presented really opened our eyes regarding the extent of preparation for international accreditation and the importance of learning innovation. Preparing international accreditation cannot be done instantly in a short time. There needs to be consistent management in a tertiary institution. Consistent in vision and mission and strategic planning based on The right SWOT in order to produce a graduate profile that is in accordance with the vision and mission that has been made.
Learning innovation is needed in every era, because today's education will definitely be different from the era in the future. With innovative learning, it allows students to think creatively and discover their talents and potential that are relevant to today.
Personally, I was very moved by what Pak Gancar said. "Have we been studying the knowledge that exists in every one ain in the Koran or just reading and getting a reward?" The hope is that of course I can learn and understand every verse in the Koran."
