Sustainable Business Management is central in this digital and pandemic era. Especially with the many companies that have to close or go bankrupt. And the Head of the Management Department of FEB Universitas Airlangga, Dr. Gancar C Premananto in collaboration with the Deputy Director of the University of Indonesia's School of Environmental Sciences together with practitioners formed the Alliance of Corporate Sustainability Practitioners and Academics (APAKP) as an ecosystem to build networks between PR, CSR, GRC, GCG, and Amdal actors to share knowledge and experience. through seminars, training and certification.
The APAKP launching event was held at 2 well-known campuses at UI and Airlangga University, offline and online hybrid. At the Business Sustainability Summit event on Thursday 15 June 2023, speakers from both practitioners and academics and even from abroad were presented, including Prof. Dr. Achsanul Qosasih (Member of BPK-RI field III); Benny Cuaca, ST., SH., always the VP of internal audit and Risk Management for JNE Express; Risky Kurniawan as VP Corporate Legal & Secretary of PT Telkom Access; Totok Pranoto as Chair of APAKP and Risk Management Division Head of JNE Express. With academics Dony Abdul Chalid PhD as Member of the APAKP Supervisor and Deputy Director of the UI School of Environmental Sciences; Dr. Yetty Dwi Lestari, MT., CRP as Secretary of the Management Department of FEB Airlangga University and AP Dr. Herwina Rosnan as Deputy Dean Research, Consultancy & Student Development AAGBS UiTM Malaysia. The event hosted by Dr. Gancar C Premananto lasted for approximately 3,5 hours attended by practitioners, lecturers and students. By generating knowledge about the importance of collaboration in dealing with uncertainty, and the need to share experiences in an ecosystem. As stated by Prof. Dr. Achsanul Qosasih, "together we can."
The event also socialized that the Management Department of FEB Airlangga University had opened an MM study program with a specialization in Risk Management whose alumni had the opportunity to simultaneously receive risk management certification with a BNSP.
